During the week of September 29 – October 6, 2022, the West Grey Police Service responded to 93 total calls for service.
On September 29, 2022, West Grey were called to stand by and keep the peace on Side Road 50, West Grey. While on scene, investigation revealed an outstanding arrest warrant for a person at the address.
A 59-year-old male from West Grey was arrested on the warrant. He was processed, released, and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
On September 29, 2022, as a result of an investigation a 15-year-old who cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, was arrested and has been charged with:

On September 30, 2022, West Grey Police were called to a Grey County works building in relation to a theft. As a result of the investigation a 29-year old male from Hanover was arrested and has been charged with
The accused was processed, released, and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice at a later date.
On October 3, 2022, West Grey Police were called to a Suspicious Persons call at the Canada Post Office, Ayton. On police arrival 2 males were located. One of the males was on an undertaking with a curfew.
