Three arrested in Dundalk sitting in stolen vehicle with no licence plates

August 6, 2025 at approximately 12:27 am, members of the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting a routine patrol in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant located in Dundalk.

Officers observed a white 2016 Nissan Rogue with no licence plates, running and occupied by three individuals. Upon investigation, officers determined the vehicle had been reported stolen from the Region of Peel on August 4, 2025.

All three occupants were placed under arrest without incident.

The following individuals have been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:

A 31-year-old of Milton:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000
  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 (2 Counts)
  • Possession of Break In Instruments
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose

A 43-year-old of Brantford:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

A 34-year-old of Milton:

  • Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5,000

All three accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on September 18, 2025.
