On July 3, 2021, at approximately 3:30 pm, Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Grey County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and Chatsworth Fire Department responded to an off-road vehicle collision on Moto Park Road, in the Township of Chatsworth.
Witnesses to the collision performed lifesaving measures at the scene. The driver was airlifted to a London hospital with serious life-threatening injuries. On July 5, 2021, the driver, identified as 26-year-old, Steven Dunlop of Kettleby, Ontario was pronounced deceased. The OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management Team (TIME) is continuing to assist with the investigation.
