The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a theft that occurred at a property on Townline Artemesia in Southgate Township.
Sometime between 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025, and 9:00 am on Monday, October 6, 2025, unknown suspect(s) gained access to a shipping container located on the property. The container was blocked by a Terex PT-60 skid steer, which was also stolen. The skid steer has the word "bumble bee" written across it.
Additional items reported stolen include a grapple attachment, a Husqvarna 550 chainsaw, a Stihl 362 chainsaw, a Dynamic socket set, and various other tools.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Grey Bruce OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or submit a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
The OPP reminds the public to report any suspicious activity and to take steps to secure valuable property.
