OPP investigating motor vehicle crash involving 4 vehicles

Members from the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment remain on scene of a motor vehicle crash that has taken place north of Mount Forest.

Last evening at approximately 6:37 pm, Grey Bruce OPP, Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Service and the Mount Forest Fire Department responded to the collision scene located on Highway 6 just south of Southgate Road 8.

Four vehicles were involved in the collision: a transport truck, two sedans and a sport utility vehicle.

One of the sedan drivers has sustained serious injuries. Two other drivers have sustained non-life-threatening injuries and the transport truck driver was uninjured.

Grey Bruce OPP has closed a section of Highway 6 between Southgate Road 8 and Grey Road 6.

Please use an alternate roadway to avoid a delay.
