Open letter: Trucker Convoy? Really? Whatever...

OPEN LETTER BY HEINER PHILIPP — The image below (not included in this letter for copyright reasons) is a colourized real picture of a real cell infected with the Covid 19 virus. It is not a fake picture or a fake virus. It was, until recently, considered novel in the human population. It has been known since 2019, hence the name Covid 19. The protesters in Ottawa are representing a small fringe group of people that do not understand science or living in a society. (Round inset is artists depiction of a closeup.)

When your cause is being supported by the impeached ex president of the USA, his idiot kids and the likes of Joe Rogan, you are swimming in the shallow end of the gene pool. For those that believe an mRNA vaccine 'changes your DNA', you may want to actually consider getting it. The changes may be an upgrade. In reality, it does not change your DNA. It hijacks a fixed number of cells in your body to produce the protein found on the outer structure of the virus. The red/orange things hanging off the ball in the picture above. The body then sees these things as foreign, and makes antibodies to destroy them. It also then seeks out the 'sick' cells making these foreign proteins, and destroys them. This two prong immunity is why mRNA vaccines are the most effective vaccines ever invented by womankind. mRNA Vaccine Inventor: Katalin Karikó The technology to make them were initially developed to make custom cancer therapies, where a vaccine was made just for you and just for your cancer. Pfizer had NOTHING to do with the development of this vaccine. They simply helped manufacture it. More like a local bottling company makes Coca-Cola.

I am now vaccinated with one dose of Astra Zeneca and two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech. While Moderna is slightly better, both mRNA vaccines are incredibly safe and remarkably effective. Astra Zeneca has an elevated risk of causing blood clots in some people. mRNA vaccines do not carry this risk.

To the unvaccinated: If you disagree with getting vaccinated, on principal or beliefs, please wear it proudly. Do not use fraudulent and illegal vaccine passes. To participate in a society, you must contribute to that society. Just like it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to Drive Drunk or High, it is NOT ACCEPTABLE to run about infecting vulnerable people while lying about your Vaccine Status. It is akin to driving with a fake insurance card, but actually worse as you probably will not have an accident on any given day. You will certainly infect someone, at some point.

To have the comforts the vaccinated members of a caring society get, you must accept your share of the burden of being a member of that society. If you do not want to be part of that society, then you have the freedom to remove yourself from it by simply not contributing. We the vaccinated, took the risk of a very rare adverse reaction to help ourselves and society at large. We get to go to restaurants as a reward for assisting the health care sector to not collapse. While the fully vaccinated can be infected, they will NOT land in the hospital ICU or require a ventilator. That special privilege is almost exclusively reserved for the unvaccinated.

The lockdowns/shutdowns are simply designed to SLOW the pace of infection and illness such that the hospital system can still function. When the healthcare system is totally overwhelmed, you will not be treated when you show up with a heart attack or stroke. You will be left to die in the back of the ambulance, if one even shows up at all. If you are a good person, and care about anyone other than yourself, you will support efforts to control this pandemic until it becomes endemic. (Likely later this spring.) Rural Net has no penalty for cancelling. Antivaxxers may simply email me to terminate their service if they do not want to support a company that wants to assist the communities within we operate. As I do not take a salary or any dividends from Rural Net, you are not actually supporting me personally. All Rural Net income stays in the company for quality of service and for well equipped and compensated staff.

Those screaming for 'more freedom', or other stupid concepts, please read materials at links below. We are free. Very free. In the USA, they are free to die without healthcare... Oh my, what glorious freedom. Also, let's keep Terry Fox, a true Canadian hero out of it. He would not be supporting the misguided trucker protest.

Not sure small islands with 20,000 inhabitants should be counted in the list... 14th Best in list of countries with 1M+ inhabitants.

All the Top 10 nations are poorer developing countries or have Covid denying leaders. (Hungary and so on.)

The 'American Dream' is alive and well, IN CANADA... American Dream

I am still very optimistic that this pandemic will be in an endemic phase here in Canada this spring. With almost 90% of the population being responsible and getting vaccinated, the healthcare sector and the funeral directors should be able to deal with the slow but steady stream of dead and dying Covid victims going forward.

In Closing.

One of the most important texts I have read in my life is below. I try to follow it as closely as I can. Sorry that I am not currently speaking my truth quietly, but it certainly is clear. (One out of two will have to suffice for now.)

Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let not this blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams; it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful.
