LETTER TO THE EDITOR — Grey Highlands looks to make community litter-free. In my opinion, this is not possible. We do not want the municipality trying to police general tossing and dumping. Maybe educate OK, containers are good, it's not dumping — its tossing as people drive down any road or walk anywhere — that's the problem! It's not just locals. We were in a municipality in southwestern Ontario, in large sports fields area for a day event, couldn't find garbage containers and once, saw an adult walk by a garbage container and drop 'garbage' beside container provided!!!???
