Letter to the Editor: Strong mayor powers a blow to democracy

LETTER TO THE EDITOR — I feel like democracy is lost with this Mayor Direction. I am struggling with what this means for our democratic process here in Grey Highlands. I don't like where this could go with the use of the Strong Mayor powers. Maybe I am overthinking it, I feel like we need the community to know and understand the effects this will have on all of us.

I for one, did not exercise my right to vote for this. I feel overlooked and not heard. Only thing to suffer is democracy itself.
