On January 21, 2022, at approximately 4 pm, Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a traffic complaint of an erratic driver on Toronto Street in the Town of Markdale.
Officers located and arrested the driver and transported the accused to an OPP detachment for further testing.
The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 54 year-old man, from Toronto with operation while impaired by alcohol.
The accused was released and must attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on February 24, 2022.
