On July 21, 2021, at approximately 11:30 am, Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on Main Street East in Dundalk.
Officers arrived on the scene and a driver was placed under arrest. The driver was transported to a Wellington County OPP detachment, where further tests were administered.
As a result of the investigation, Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 27 year-old man, from Saugeen First Nation with the following offences:
The accused must appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on August 26, 2021.
