The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision that closed the highway for several hours.
On January 1, 2025, at 3:34 pm, Grey Bruce OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 6, north of Mount Forest. A 10-year-old child was transported to a trauma centre in London with life-threatening injuries, which were later reassessed as non-life-threatening.
The highway was closed for several hours while the OPP investigated the crash but has since re-opened.
