February 24, 2024, at 3:18 am, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a break and enter in progress on the 12th Concession B in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The OPP attended and located an individual inside a workshop. The individual told police that he drove there. Police located the individual's vehicle on the roadway. While officers were speaking to the individual, the individual was displaying signs of impairment.

The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on March 21, 2024.
