2025 Friends of the Museum Speaker Series: Birds of Prey in the Beaver Valley

David Turner, our resident bird watcher, began hewing his skills as a young child in England. Following his emigration to Canada, he now had the Beaver Valley to explore. With its numerous varying habitats, the valley has provided him with the identification of more than 230 different species of birds to date. In his extensively illustrated presentation, he will be exploring the many types of birds of prey, including Hawks, Eagles, Owls, and others that come to the Beaver Valley throughout the different seasons.
