FROM AN APRIL 30TH OPP POLICE REPORT — Grey County OPP are investigating the theft of two motor vehicles stolen from a parking lot on McDuff Street in Markdale.
At approximately 7:15 am on April 26, 2019 OPP attended the parking lot of an apartment complex on McDuff Street in Markdale, after getting a report of a theft. Sometime during the early hours of April 26, unknown persons forcibly entered a maintenance garage on the property. Several sets of car keys were removed from the lock box inside the garage and two vehicles were stolen.
A white 2011 GMC Sierra pick-up truck which contained two black service boxes with various carpentry and plumbing tools inside. The licence plate number is AB22767.
A silver 2018 Kia Sorento, with an attached trailer hitch. The licence plate number is BYWV895.
