The Corporation of the Township of Southgate is seeking the community's input on the Community Action Plan.
In a The Township of Southgate media release, the Community Action Plan is approaching the completion period which is required to be reviewed and renewed. It originally was created from 2013 to 2018 and as the Plan reaches its maturity, the Township would like to hear from all members of the public on what has been accomplished and what still requires work within the Plan. The Plan was developed with input from residents of Southgate to provide a general policy that gives guidance to Council and staff to assist with their decision making towards a common vision for the Township. A copy of the Plan is available at the link below.
In order to hear thoughts and suggestions on new ideas that should be included in the Plan, the Township is holding three public meetings:
November 27, 2018 at 7pm at the Hopeville Administration Office. 185667, Grey Rd 9, Hopeville, ON N0C 1B0
November 28, 2018 at 7pm at the Egremont Optimist Club. 392137 Grey County Road 109, Holstein ON N0G 2A0
November 29, 2018 at 7pm at the Frank Macintyre Building in Dundalk. 250 Owen Sound St, Dundalk, ON N0C 1B0
