FROM A PRESS RELEASE BY GREY COUNTY OPP — Josephine (Jil) MILLICAN, age 79, a resident of the Township of Chatsworth, was reported missing on April 22, 2019 by a family member concerned for her well-being.
A missing person investigation was initiated by the OPP.
On Tuesday morning, April 23, 2019, Ms. MILLICAN was located, deceased, on her rural property by members of the OPP Emergency Response Team and OPP Canine Unit, with the assistance of the OPP Aviation Services Unit. Her death is not being treated as suspicious.
The OPP wish to thank the media and the public for their assistance.
