June 27, 2020 at 11:30 pm, Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a black southbound car for excessive speed on Highway 10, near the Village of Flesherton, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
This car was traveling over 180 kilometres per hour in the posted 80 km/h speed limit. That's 100 km/hour over the speed limit.
Grey Bruce OPP have charged the driver, a 17 year-old Novice Driver (G1) from Newmarket, ON with stunt driving, which is going at least 50km/h or more over posted speed limit.
This driver was issued a summons to attend court, a seven-day drivers license suspension and the vehicle that was being operated was towed and will be impounded for seven days.
