On November 2, 2021, at approximately 5:10 pm, the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Grey County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and the Chatsworth Fire Department responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Grey Road 40 and Grey Road 3 in the Township of Chatsworth.
One driver was airlifted to a Hamilton area hospital with life-threatening injuries. The occupants of the second motor vehicle were uninjured.
The Grey Bruce OPP and the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team (TIME) are continuing the investigation.
The intersection of Grey Road 40 and Grey Road 3 was closed for a period of time, but has since been reopened.
