VON SMART 30th Anniversary

Join us to celebrate the 30^th Anniversary of the VON SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together)® Program.

The goal is to get as many older adults out to this event to share in what we hope will be our BIGGEST exercise class yet in Grey Bruce!

There will be coffee/tea, cake, prizes for the best blue outfit and of course, a fantastic exercise class! The class will include both our level 1 (sitting) and level 2 (standing) class option so no need to worry about your personal fitness level.
